Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

At PATOYS, we offer a 2-hour cancellation window after placing your order. You can cancel your order within this timeframe, provided it has not yet been shipped. After 2 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, our WhatsApp Chatbot will send a message to your registered mobile number with options to "Confirm My Order" or "Cancel My Order." If you do not verify your order, PATOYS will automatically cancel it.

Reasons for Automatic Cancellation:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address provided.
  • The mobile number provided does not use WhatsApp.
  • Your profile is flagged as "High Risk of Fraud" or "RTO Risk - HIGH."
  • Verification calls to your registered mobile number cannot be connected.

3. Pre-Paid Orders

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. A 5% cancellation fee (bank charges) will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

After Shipping: Cancellation is not allowed. You must accept the shipment from the logistics partner. If the product is not accepted and the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the following charges will apply:

  • 4% bank fees.
  • Actual forward and return shipping charges.
  • Any applicable free shipping offers will be canceled.

4. Orders Under Consumer Loan

If you wish to cancel an order approved under a consumer loan, please note that actual bank charges will apply, even for No Cost EMI orders. A 15% bank interest charge and possible foreclosure charges may be levied as per your bank’s policy. You will need to contact your bank directly regarding these charges. PATOYS and its partners are not responsible for any such charges.

5. Important Notes

  • Once your order is marked as shipped/fulfilled, cancellations or address/contact number updates are not allowed.
  • If your order is marked as RTO, your profile may be flagged as "High Risk of Fraud," which will prevent future purchases on the PATOYS website.
  • For missing items, you must provide an unboxing video. After approval by our support team, the missing part will be sent to your doorstep free of cost.
