All PATOYS ride-on toys come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues.
What is Covered:
- ✅ Manufacturing defects in motors, gearboxes, wiring, and switches
- ✅ Structural defects in the vehicle body or frame
- ✅ Remote controller malfunction (manufacturing defect)
- ✅ Music player or display issues (manufacturing defect)
- ✅ Forward/reverse switch failure (manufacturing defect)
What is NOT Covered:
- ❌ Battery (see Section 2 below)
- ❌ Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or accidents
- ❌ Normal wear and tear (tyres, paint, plastic parts)
- ❌ Damage caused by water, rain, or improper storage
- ❌ Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
- ❌ Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) after delivery
⚠️ Important: Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from www.patoys.in. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms are not covered.
2. 🔋 Battery Policy
Batteries are consumable components and are excluded from the 6-month warranty. Battery lifespan depends on usage patterns, charging habits, and storage conditions.
Battery Care Guidelines:
- ⚡ Always use the BIS-approved charger provided with the product
- ⚡ Do not overcharge — disconnect after full charge (typically 8-12 hours for first charge)
- ⚡ Do not leave battery discharged for long periods
- ⚡ Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- ⚡ Avoid riding in rain or waterlogged areas
Battery Replacement:
PATOYS offers genuine replacement batteries for all ride-on vehicles. Available in 6V, 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V variants.

6. 📦 Missing Items Policy
If any item is missing from your delivered package:
- Record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package (mandatory)

- Our support team will review and approve the claim
- Upon approval, the missing part will be shipped to your doorstep free of cost
⚠️ Important: Missing item claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders.
7. 🔄 Spare Parts Return Policy
If a spare part is ordered by mistake:
- Contact support at help@patoys.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Upon approval, return the part to our warehouse at your own shipping cost
- Once received and inspected, the correct part will be dispatched
- Actual return shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund
