Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: We have a 2-hour cancellation policy after placing your order. You can cancel orders that are not yet shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • After placing your order, our WhatsApp Chatbot will send a message to your registered mobile number with options to "Confirm My Order" or "Cancel My Order." If you do not verify your order, PATOYS will automatically cancel it.

Reasons for Automatic Order Cancellation by PATOYS:

  • Incomplete address provided.
  • The mobile number provided does not use WhatsApp.
  • The system identifies your profile as "High Risk of Fraud" or "RTO Risk - HIGH."
  • Verification calls to your registered mobile cannot be connected for any reason.

Important Notes:

  • Once your order is marked as shipped/fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order or update your address and contact number. Please contact our chat support via WhatsApp at 8010110811 or through our website chat support for assistance with valid reasons.
  • If your order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), your profile may be flagged as "High Risk of Fraud," which will prevent future purchases on the PATOYS website.

Pre-Paid Orders:

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. A 4% cancellation fee (bank charges) will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded according to our refund policy.
  • After Shipping: Cancellation is not allowed. You must accept the shipment from the logistics partner. If the product is not accepted and the shipment is marked as RTO, we will charge:
    • 4% bank fees
    • Actual forward shipping charges
    • Actual return shipping charges claimed by the logistics partner
    • Any applicable free shipping offers will be canceled.

Orders Under Consumer Loan:

  • If you wish to cancel an order approved under a consumer loan, please be aware that actual bank charges will apply, even if the order falls under No Cost EMI.
  • In case of cancellation, a 15% bank interest charge and possible foreclosure charges may be levied as per your bank’s policy. You will need to contact your bank regarding these charges. PATOYS and its partners are not responsible for any such charges.
