Order Cancellation Policy

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy after placing the order. You can cancel orders that are not shipped yet:

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • After placing the order, our WhatsApp Chatbot system will send a message with options to "Confirm My Order" or "Cancel My Order" to your registered mobile number. If the buyer fails to verify, PATOYS will automatically cancel the order.

Reasons for Automatic Order Cancellation by PATOYS:

  • If the address is incomplete.
  • If the provided mobile number is not using WhatsApp.
  • If our system identifies the buyer's profile as "High risk of fraud detected","RTO Risk - HIGH"
  • If a verification call is not connected to your registered mobile for any reason.

Note:

  • If the order is updated in our system as shipped/fulfilled, you are not eligible to cancel the order or update the address and contact mobile number. You need to contact our chat support via WhatsApp at 8010110811 or website chat support with valid reasons.
  • If your order is marked as RTO, our system might highlight your profile as "High risk of fraud detected." In this case, you will not be eligible to purchase products from the PATOYS website in the future.

Pre-Paid Orders:

  • Before shipping: We have a 2-hour cancellation policy after placing the order. A 4% cancellation fee (bank charges) will be applied, and the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.
  • After shipping: The buyer is not eligible for cancellation and must accept the shipment from the logistic partner. If the product is not accepted by the buyer and the shipment is marked as RTO, we will charge bank fees of 4% + actual forward shipping + actual return shipping charges claimed by the logistic partner. Any applicable free shipping offer will be automatically canceled.
