Important delivery information — large vehicles Free shipping · Hub collection may apply · ODA / door-delivery charges payable to transporter

PATOYS offers free shipping at checkout. However, large or heavy vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs and dirt bikes, may be transported through VRL Logistics or another surface-transport provider. Free shipping does not guarantee doorstep delivery where the transport provider does not offer that service for the destination, shipment size or route.

Depending on the carrier's operating rules and local service availability, customers may be required to collect their shipment from the designated destination hub or branch. Customers may contact the carrier directly to ask whether doorstep delivery is available and whether any separate local delivery, unloading or handling charge applies. Any such charge should be confirmed with the carrier before the customer agrees to a paid service.

If the destination is an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) location, or the shipment is delivered on a godown/hub-delivery basis, any local delivery, door-delivery, ODA, unloading or storage charges levied by the transport provider are payable by the buyer directly to the transport provider, as per its terms and conditions.
