Return & Refund Policy
We have a 48 hrs return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. or fill the Returns form, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at reception and make an unboxing video highlighting the shipping label. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with the video, submit all documents as suggested by customer service, which is mandatory, after 48 hours we will not accept any claim, Once the document is received, it will take 48 to 72 hours for us to evaluate the problem. In case of non-availability of documents in time, the claim will be rejected, PATOYS and its business partner will not be responsible for the same.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods / Replacement Parts (Such as Circuit, Charger, Remote, Gear Assembly, Switches, Central panel Player or Battery), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as activity toys products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (15 days & Above) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case any buyer is not satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund in below condition If a customer returns the product and requests for a refund, included shipping charges in the cost The actual shipping charges will be deducted in the all type of refunds including "Free shipping products" after received the product in our warehouse.
As you know, Our prices are cheapest comparison to other marketplace/ Websites, due to which we do not have much profit.
Therefore, before you buy, you get completely assure. You do not have to cancel the order, Refund are made by us after deducting 4% of bank charges.
RETURN/REFUND DESIDERATUM: Buyer can request a return of product within 48 hours of receiving the product. *The product must be unused and within its original packing. *The product returned must reach to our warehouse address: PATOYS, office No.4, Triveni Complex, Infront of Triveni Factory, Govardhan Road, Mathura - 281004 within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of return request. In case of any alteration "return product is not defective or damaged" the customer will be informed about the same and will process Partial Refund to the buyer. This refund policy does not include losses due to accidents, misuse, misbehavior, negligence, voltage fluctuations, spill of water/liquid or other causes by the buyer, which are not manufacturer's faults in material or workmanship. we are also not accepted return in terms of Product is small, Quality not adequate, (We are seller, Not Manufacture) product not like or no longer needed, The customer will be informed about this and the partial refund to the buyer will be process and the buyer is not eligible for return logistics / courier fee waiver and Charge actual shipping charges as per logistic partner billing. in case you have received damage/ missing part like charger, side mirror please informed our WhatsApp Support or email support. our team will investigated the issues and arrangement for missing part for you or settle the claim. In case the return product is eligible for a replacement, "PATOYS" will ship another unit on buyer's address, subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
