PATOYS Updates – October 2026

New PATOYS Android app, live order tracking with WhatsApp updates, a faster website and what is coming next.

Released

New PATOYS Android app (v3.0.0, 23 Oct; v3.0.1, 26 Oct)

  • A completely rebuilt PATOYS app on Google Play, built on Shopify, replacing the old app.
  • Faster browsing, photo search for spare parts, wishlist and PATOYS wallet (store credit).
  • Push notifications for every order update.

Live order tracking – app and website

  • A clear order timeline: In progress, On hold (with the reason), Shipped, Out for delivery, Delivered.
  • Updates by app notification, email and WhatsApp Business at every step.
  • Heavy shipments (ride-on cars, ATVs, dirt bikes) shipped with Delhivery now update automatically, along with regular parcels.
  • If a delivery attempt fails, you are told right away, so you can reach us before the parcel goes back.

Website

  • Redesigned header, footer, home page and product pages.
  • Smarter search with filters and spelling help.
  • New Dirt Bike page with petrol and electric dirt bikes in one place.
  • "Request address change" on your order page, before your order is dispatched.

Coming soon

  • App v3.0.2: one-tap checkout with Razorpay Magic Checkout inside the PATOYS app, login with any email (including work email), and an in-app update prompt.
  • Customer reviews inside the app, working with Proviews by Simprosys (expected from late November 2026).

Retiring

  • Old PATOYS app (version 1.x): no longer updated. Please update to the new app from Google Play.
  • PayU at checkout: removed. Pay by UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or EMI through Razorpay and Snapmint.
