Delete your PATOYS account

You can ask us to delete your PATOYS account (website and PATOYS Android app) at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email help@patoys.in with the subject "Delete my account", or message us on WhatsApp +91 80101 10811.
  2. Send it from the email address / mention the email address linked to your PATOYS account.
  3. We will confirm your request and complete it within 7 working days.

What we delete

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, saved addresses)
  • Your wishlist and app notification settings
  • App device data linked to your account (push notification token)

What we keep

  • Order and invoice records, only as long as required by Indian tax (GST) and accounting laws. These are not used for marketing.

Photos used in the app's "Search by photo" feature are never stored, so there is nothing to delete for them.
