If your destination is an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) location, or the shipment is delivered on a godown/hub-delivery basis, any local delivery, door-delivery, ODA, unloading or storage charges levied by the transport provider are payable by the buyer directly to the transport provider, as per its terms and conditions. Shipping from PATOYS remains free.

PATOYS can assist with tracking and reasonable coordination, but the transport provider independently controls its routes, local delivery arrangements and operating procedures.
