This product may be shipped through VRL Logistics or another surface-transport provider. Shipping is free as displayed at checkout; however, doorstep delivery is subject to the transport provider's service availability for your destination and shipment.

Depending on the destination and carrier rules, you may be asked to collect the shipment from the designated transport hub or branch, where the carrier may ask for the LR copy and a valid government ID proof. You may contact the carrier to check whether doorstep delivery is available and whether any separate local delivery, unloading or handling charge applies. Please confirm any such charge directly with the carrier before agreeing to a paid service.

If your destination is an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) location, or the shipment is delivered on a godown/hub-delivery basis, any local delivery, door-delivery, ODA, unloading or storage charges levied by the transport provider are payable by the buyer directly to the transport provider, as per its terms and conditions. Shipping from PATOYS remains free.

PATOYS can assist with tracking and reasonable coordination, but the transport provider independently controls its routes, local delivery arrangements and operating procedures. Doorstep delivery cannot be guaranteed where the carrier does not offer that service. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
