Is shipping free for the Harley Cruiser ride-on bike?
Yes. Free Shipping — Pan India. Ride-on toys are large items sent by surface transport (about 10–20 business days after about 2 business days of processing, see our Shipping Policy), with door-step delivery wherever Delhivery services your PIN code.
Can I return it, and what if it arrives damaged?
PATOYS has a no return, no refund policy (see our Return & Refund Policy). If a product is damaged or defective in transit, remote video support is available and the replacement spare part is provided free of charge.
Is there a warranty?
Eligible PATOYS ride-on vehicles carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. The battery is not covered. Defects are resolved by remote video diagnosis and a replacement spare part at PATOYS cost (see Warranty — PATOYS Assurance).
